Andre L. Tippens is an honors graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Law. He is a native Charlottean, and strongly believes in giving back to the community.


Andre Tippens is licensed in North Carolina, Federal Court and District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.  He concentrates his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death cases.

Kirk S. Zurosky is an honors graduate of Bentley College and the Suffolk University School of Law.

Kirk is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as Federal Court and District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and the Federal District Court of South Carolina.

He focuses his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation and wrongful death cases.

In addition, Attorney Zurosky is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Mecklenburg County Bar and the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar Associations.


He is active in the community as a youth athletic coach in soccer and basketball.

 Jason R. Binette is a workers’ compensation and personal injury attorney at Tippens & Zurosky, L.L.P.

Mr. Binette graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2003 and the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Binette was a member of the Moot Court team. Mr. Binette was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2007.

Mr. Binette is admitted to practice in North Carolina state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association, North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.

Mr. Binette enjoys running, cooking, entertaining, traveling and spending time with friends and family.


Jonathan Gonzalez attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill both for undergraduate studies and law school. He is originally from New York but moved to North Carolina by way of Virginia and California. He has lived in North Carolina for twenty years. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008.

He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina and concentrates his practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation and wrongful death cases.

He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the South Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg County Bar, the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.

Jonathan was also the 2011-2012 co-chair of the Political Action Committee for the Auto Torts section of the American Association for Justice.
