Tippens & Zurosky works on a contingency fee of 33 1/3% for automobile accidents and wrongful death cases in North Carolina and South Carolina, and workers’ compensation cases in South Carolina. Tippens & Zurosky works on a contingency fee of 25% for workers’ compensation cases in North Carolina. We do not charge any money up front in the form of a retainer.
